Tuff Dogg Policies

Sales Tax:  State of Michigan Sales Tax
6% MI Sales Tax will be added to ALL shipments within the state, unless proper documentation is provided PRIOR to shipment of merchandise.

Freight:  Freight & Shipping Charges
ALL merchandise is FOB Shipping Point unless otherwise stated.  Some orders may qualify for reduced shipping costs.  These are reviewed based on manufacturers terms.  You will be notified if your order meets these guidelines.  Most often we can ship via UPS or common carrier.  If item is oversized, freight will be determined upon order due to size and weight restrictions and will be added before shipping.

Damages:  Damaged Goods/Shortages
To protect your interest, it is imperative that you inspect and count articles before accepting shipment.  Damages or shortages should be documented on the FREIGHT BILL.  Feel free to contact us for assistance in filing a claim.  ICC REGULATIONS PLACE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FILING CLAIMS WITH THE CONSIGNEE!  Claims cannot be honored after one (1) month from the date of shipment.

Returns:  Merchandise Returns
No material may be returned without the written consent of Tuff Dogg, LLC.  Depending on the manufacturers policy, a ten to thirty (10 - 30%) percent restocking charge and full outgoing and incoming freight charges will apply to material accepted for return.  There will be no restocking charge if the merchandise is defective or the order was incorrectly filled.
